Welcome to GemaMedia. By using our website or services, you agree to the terms below.
1. Services Provided
GemaMedia provides AI automation setup and management services for home-service businesses. Our offerings include AI appointment setters, AI chatbots, inbox and calendar automations, and performance tracking systems.
2. No Guarantee of Results
AI performance depends on data quality, client responsiveness, and integration accuracy. While we aim to improve lead handling and bookings, GemaMedia does not guarantee specific financial, booking, or performance outcomes.
3. Payment and Billing
All service fees and setup costs are agreed upon before work begins. Payments are due according to the issued invoice or subscription schedule. Late or failed payments may suspend or terminate active automations and access to dashboards.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and timely business information, approve automation scripts and workflows, and maintain access to their email, calendar, and CRM systems necessary for integration.
5. Intellectual Property
All AI workflows, automation scripts, configurations, and dashboards created by GemaMedia remain the property of GemaMedia unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a limited license to use deliverables while invoices are paid and current.
6. Data and Privacy
Client data used for AI training, automation setup, or analytics remains confidential. GemaMedia complies with standard data protection practices and will not sell or share client data with third parties except as needed for service delivery.
7. Limitation of Liability
GemaMedia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Total liability is limited to the amount paid during the service period in question.
8. Cancellation and Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice according to the agreement terms. Setup and completed service fees are non-refundable. Upon termination, access to automations, dashboards, and related configurations will be revoked.
9. Changes to These Terms
GemaMedia may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
